However, it depends on many factors including the tire quality and your local road conditions. It also gives you the opportunity to inspect the tires for damage or inflation while you rotate them.
Avoiding Hazardous Areas
Although many times it becomes unavoidable, try to find alternative routes if you come across areas where construction activities are happening or if the roads happen to be of low quality. You can often find nails, glass and metal pieces, and some sharp rocks on such roads, which can eventually puncture your tire. You might also come across potholes or other pavement defects in such areas, which might ultimately lead you to a flat tire or even damage to other parts of your car. In such cases, several cracks develop on your tires.
Avoid Overloading
Overloading your car results in quick deterioration of the tires thereby making them more susceptible to punctures. Usually, there is a label on your tire that tells you the recommended pressure and the maximum weight it can sustain. Make sure to check that.
